These feature help to do quick follow-up and that too in an automated manner, saving lots of time and a clear headspace with peace of mind.

Follow-ups are particularly simple, as much of the process can be automated with worflowz. This gives more clarity and peace of mind. If you are solo user, there aren't many negatives. However, the mobile UI could be more user-friendly to improve navigation when you are on the go.
