> **Pros**: The order management feature has completely changed our purchasing processes for the better. Purchase Orders are quick and easy to create using a quote that Field Material AI scans.  We have more control over tracking outstanding purchase orders and it's easy to communicate with suppliers right on the platform. We have saved time with invoicing as Field Materials uses AI to match up invoices to POs, and uses simple colors and symbols to match invoice lines with PO receipts. The receipt upload function is a great addition as it is easy to use, especially since our employees travel.  Integrates well with our accounting software.

> **Cons**: Would be a nice addition to have a way to attach order confirmations/documentations without having to edit/open the PO, have additional report functionality (ex. vendor open lines on all POs) and have a change audit log.
