Then, a clunky email editor created so much friction that I didn't even want to send my newsletter. If you're not sending, you're not marketing. My primary goal was to find an ESP that eliminated friction and made sending fast and easy. I appreciated the free trial. I also received several onboarding emails that helped me get acclimated and set up correctly. Although I am not entirely using all the features, I solved the problem of getting my newsletter sent weekly.
