> **Pros**: Once I had worked out how to use the system I found it easy to use.   I used it a few times, we did have a few technical issues with other colleagues joining the meeting, however, this was down to the user and not the system.We found use of the system saved us time in the recruitment process.

> **Cons**: User instructions could be made a little easier to understand, or there could be some visual instruction method as well as an alternative to having just read instructions.

> We used Talensio because our recruitment partner Discovery use the system.   We found as noted above that it did save us time in our recruitment process and provided a good platform for assessing candidates
