> **Pros**: Sync multiple calendars. When customer signed in and book the appointment with their gmail, the appointment will also store on their calendar as well. We can add custom fields to collect more info from our customers.

Despite following up  with support several times, I received NO help with this. I ultimately had to scrap using it and go with a different option, because the wrong business name showed up on the page when people would go to schedule\!

> Frustrating. I wish I could have used Calendbook because it was more or less everything I was looking for in the right price range. Sadly, I cannot recommend this product. They need to tweak their software so the user can easily change the business name that shows up on the calendar where clients go to schedule; or be responsive to support requests to change it.
