> **Pros**: I have been using Racontor for about 5 months now, and quite happy with it. It has provided me all the important tools and features to handle my influencer marketing needs. The best part is, I don't have to pay any monthly or yearly fees to use their service\!

> **Cons**: The customer service is not up to the mark as of my experience. Sometimes, they take 24 hours to get back to you which I think should be improved.
