> **Pros**: The program allows you to send an email with a rating scale (1 to 5 stars) and request for comments to new customers and have it directed to different review sites such as Google Reviews.  Reviews with less than 4 stars are not automatically posted which gives you the opportunity to vet unreasonable bad reviews.

> **Cons**: It is difficult to determine if the reviews are are going to the selected sites. Also reviewers cannot figure out how to correct error such as accidentally entering the wrong number of stars. It is also somewhat pricey.

> Reviews are crucial to for business validation. ReputationStacker does a good job at requesting and posting customer reviews.

We love the fact that the reviews that are unfavorable don't get published publicly.  It's nice to have an opportunity to work it out with the customer before it gets ugly.

> **Cons**: The non existent phone support.  I am not good at trying to explain what I don't understand in writing.  
I also don't like that customers feel like all they have to do it click the first five stars and then they are done.  I have many unpublished reviews.
