Their customer service response times were amazing and they were really helpful. The software worked well and it was easy to use. > > **Cons**: When they continued to grow and expand on their features, the customer service lacked majorly. Rather than helping you with a problem, they would point you towards pre-written help documents that weren’t relevant. After waiting for months for critical components in my software to be fixed without much update, I had to finally make the decision to move to a different platform. > > It started out great, but by the end it was horrible. If customer service was better and the re-occurring tech issues I had for 6 months were fixed quickly, I would’ve stayed; however, this was not the case. If you are looking for a platform with great customer service that fixes your issues quickly, I do not recommend.
