> **Pros**: Der Aufbau der mySam App ist sehr übersichtlich und es beinhaltet nur die Funktionen, die wirklich benötigt werden. Keine Vielzahl von Unterpunkte, die kein Anwender je benutzten wird. Somit wird auch nur das bezahlt, was gewünscht \& benutzt wird\!

> **Cons**: Derzeit habe ich noch keine Nachteile entdeckt, es wäre eher ein Nachteil, diese Software NICHT zu nutzen.

> Allgemein ist die mySam App super schnell und entsprechend einfach aufgebaut.Der persönliche Kontakt zu den Entwicklern (und der daraus resultierende Support) ist sehr gut, super schnell und es wird auch persönliche Anfrage \& Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Eine schnelle Umsetzung div. Anfragen wird somit garantiert und man landet nicht auf irgendeine Anfrageliste, die dann irgendwann mal abgearbeitet wird.

> **Pros**: Das Onboarding ist sehr einfach, man findet sich sehr schnell zurecht. Auch können wir die Software komplett an unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen, ohne Programmieraufwand. Die Möglichkeit, alte Hardware wieder zu verkaufen, ist top, auch wenn dies für uns erstmal nicht in Frage kommt
