## Reviews

### "Blackhawk Does Not Disappoint\!" — 5.0/5

> **Christine** | *2 December 2024* | Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I love the ease of ordering. The website is very user friendly and the service is very reliable. I love that you can customize the cards and the amounts. This is very important because a lot of other companies have set amounts and that doesn't always work for our purchases. I feel confident that my orders are being processed securely and that Blackhawk is doing everything possible to deter fraud. Our orders are always accurate and on time. Plus they have great customer service and completely dedicated reps.
>
> **Cons**: I can't think of single negative thing to say about Blackhawk. There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about this company.
>
> We've been using Blackhawk for many years now and I love the consistency of their products and service. This is hard to find nowadays, especially with all the cybercrime taking place these days.

### "Blackhawk the bomb" — 5.0/5

>
> **Pros**: Ease of use and excellent customer support
>
> **Cons**: not applicable, ordering was easy, rep was outstanding
>
> 1st time user, needed addtl access. Our rep was extremely responsive, resolved the access and assisted with the 2st order, which was really easy. Product arrived quickly and just Love dealing with Blackhawk\!

### "Great service once your account is set up" — 5.0/5

> **Iaah** | *6 September 2024* | Higher Education | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Blackhawk Network is very easy to use, and the variety of electronic gift card options is great.
>
> **Cons**: When you make your first order, later, you are sent an email to set up your account, which is only active for 24 hours. Ideally, I would like to be able to set up my account right away or at least have the link last longer than 24 hours. I missed my 24hr window and had to reach out to customer support to get a new link.
>
> Overall, I had a great experience. Despite the issue I experienced with missing my account setup window, I was able to contact customer service to get a new link. They did not respond the same day, but when I followed up the next day and explained that I was working on a time-crunch, they were almost immediately responsive and very helpful.

> **Josie** | *30 December 2024* | Consumer Goods | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Great customer service, easily managed, and user-friendly.
>
> **Cons**: Only issue I had at all was having trouble getting the bulk shipment spreadsheet to import.
>
> Great experience, will definitely be using again.

### "Work Card Purchase" — 5.0/5

> **Peggy** | *6 January 2025* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ease or ordering in bulk. I had to order 200 giftcards in all different amounts and the process was very easy.
>
> **Cons**: The large fee attached to paying with a credit card
>
> My experience was very good except the cards took a little longer to get than expected but it was very close to the Christmas holiday and probably the busiest time for Blackhawk
