I don't know, does EDPR work or not? So many alarms regarding computers unprotected so it's difficult to understand! And support only want users to do fault tracing which is impossible in a consulting company where every hour with the customer counts!

It's been great with restricting access to certain hardware and websites based on expected usage of the PC and we've had no infections or intrusions.
Pros
The simplicity of setup, deployment, and management of the system.
Cons
The alerting can be a little redundant and repetitive, Malware URL alerts are all but useless - or at least the ones we get. Would like to be able to disable identical repeat alerts that we've identified as not impactful.

Product works but Customer service.....
Reviewed on 16/04/2024
Pros
I have used the product for a few years, and we have been able to access and protect our computers without issues.
Cons
The customer service and renewal teams are TERRIBLE! Every year, I have to go over and over to get the licenses renewed and associated with my account. EVERY year, we expire because it takes too long for the team to renew.
