I have been with your company for fifteen (15) of your twenty-two (22) years in business and have never been disappointed. This software system has benefitted Professional Counseling Solutions in both the mental health and substance abuse industry. We have used it for billing with Medicaid, private insurance, for entering client data, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes which all flow from the patient module. This constantly checks for errors, which makes my life a lot easier. The staff management module is a great tool in monitoring payroll, licensing, and many more things.,As a company, you have always been willing to go the extra mile, whether with the development of web pages, onboarding us as a company, or answering questions that we had concerning Soonercare, Payroll, or reports, which are awesome. Many times, when you didn’t know the answers, you all would work until you found the answers and would call back in a timely manner. 
In the past few years, I have begun doing my own billing with commercial insurance and private pay. \[sensitive content hidden\] have been invaluable in figuring out the details and rules of private insurance. They have all assisted me in understanding not only the private insurance world, but the world of Availity and Thinkhealth’s ability to interface with them for quick billing. It goes without saying that \[sensitive content hidden\] have always been the pinnacle of professionalism and kindness.
Thank you so much for always being willing to lend a hand when I call and even answering my emails on weekends and holidays, which I try not to do. 😊

> **Cons**: This software is often down for maintenance disconnects with the server that is directly associated with the company has multiple errors at times and the lock up forcing you to open the task manager and end the task

> **Pros**: This system is user friendly that easy to use, navigates and learn. There is a lot of video tutorial support which is very helpful. When you needed support and development help, they are very quick to respond. That we now have extended hours of email support. Just email our team if you have question or need assistance. they get back to you well within 24 hours.
Clients are able to check their appointment, scheduling, creating notes, assessments. Also clinicians are able to produce treatment plans for their clients in a much shorter time. 
Thinkhealth practice management "EHR",  be part of HIE, Completely HIPPA Compliant is  amazing and many other Features of ThinkHealth. 
Its also reasonably priced and great value as far as I am concerned.
