The expert team at Indigo guided us through the implementation, go-live and support, we continue to build on that relationship with further sites, new modules and ideas for improvements.
Pros
The system is stable, with great real time warehousing functionality and is very easy to use and therefore easy to train new users. Nitro allows us to create our own dashboards highlighting the most important KPIs, which along with the standard dashboards have helped us improve our operation, increasing accuracy and visibility.
Cons
At implementation stage some of the team found the configuration/configuration decisions a little complicated and time consuming, but once set up, this doesn't need to be repeated.

Great WMS for our purpose

Pros
It's customer support. Swift actions and replies from the Indigo team make us feel we are constantly on hyper-care, although we have been with them for over eight years.
Cons
Go-Live was a challenge initially. But it was expected, considering the profile of our business and demands.

The effort indigo put in to understand your business and processes, they're not afraid to question our processes and advise alternatives. The relationship built up with indigo is equally as important as the WMS functionality
Pros
Theres a lot of WMS providers, i found some of the other wms providers sold the moon, when all i needed was a simple process and system to manage my stock/materials
Cons
It took a little time to get the system set up, but it was important to get this right at the start

The overall experience of using Indigo WMS has been good, their consultants were experienced in our industry and post go live their customer support has been helpful.
Pros
Indigo WMS has enabled us to replace our paper based systems with an up to date digital solution that means we can now track where everything actually is in our warehouse.
Cons
While the initial setup was straightforward, I believe that it would have been good to have some more detailed training resources for some of our advanced users.
