The customizable Client Portal was a feature we weren't originally searching for, but now can't live without\! It has been a huge differentiator from our competition. Clients can view progress and how many tasks their agent has completed- so they always know where things stand. Sharing documents through the client portal is so easy- especially once they add e-signature.
