Auch können den Mitarbeitern auf verschiedene Cases unterschiedliche Zugriffe gewährt werden. So stellen wir sicher, dass jede\*r Mitarbeiter\*in genau dort Zugriff hat und dort arbeitet, wo er/sie gebraucht wird. > > **Cons**: Man muss sich immer auf ein neues System einstellen und das dauert immer eine gewisse Zeit. Mit der Chatfunktion können wir direkt zu einem Dokument bezogen chatten und Dokumente gleichzeitig bearbeiten.
