Pros
We used Zuub to verify insurance for patients. Before Zuub this process was tedious involving going to each individual website to verify. Frequently we couldn't verify online and had to call the insurance company only to be on hold for long periods of time. We switched to Zuub and this process that had previously been a headache became much easier!
Cons
Some of the reports were difficult to understand or hard to find the specific information we were looking for.

Our overall experience with Zuub is very positive. They are such an innovative company, and consistently improving and making changes. So excited to see what the future holds for them and our relationship with them!
Pros
We love that Zuub is not only insanely user friendly on the patient end, but their customer service is truly outstanding in terms of providing support to providers. They will go above and beyond to make sure that we not only are getting the most use out of the software but they also add features for us when needed. And most importantly, we are able to send incredibly detailed invoices that we were previously having a hard time sending through our PMS. These have been a godsend for our billing dept.
Cons
We really dont have many complaints! The only thing I can think of us the sync time to our PMS. You do have to sit and wait a moment for things to update, but it's really not a painful wait.

There is not write back, completely, into Open Dental at this time. Cause some extra work for staff. We know they are working on it. Once this is completed my review will change.

We have been able to work with Zuub to make it work for our practice and our patients. It has been a great asset to our overall production and collections numbers and it's very comprehensive and easy to use.
Pros
Zuub has allowed us to streamline both sides of our patient experience. The set up of Zuub allows for patients to be presented with a comprehensive treatment plan with explanations of services as well as allowing us to send detailed invoices.
Cons
Honestly, the most difficult thing about Zuub was that the staff needed to change the way they input treatment into Eaglesoft in order for it to sync. After a little while it was smooth sailing and our patients felt much more informed about their treatment.

Zuub is a quick way to verify benefits while scheduling new patients and for reoccurring eligibility/verifications, it has saved so much time and human error. Zuub is an integral part of our office they keep up with the constant changes in the dental insurance world while listening to their customers questions or requests.
Cons
Would like a feature to search by patient insurance company, name and DOB. Sometimes patients don't have their sub ID.
