> **Cons**: The ownerships are not always current in the software which does require a check against property records within each jurisdiction.  However, I assume that this is due to reporting by those individual jurisictions.

> The software is exceptionally beneficial, especially to a small development shop such as ours.  This platform gives us the tools to be nimble and competitive by identifying quality off-market prospects even in tight markets.  We are truly better at what we do thanks to geothinQ\!
