> **Pros**: I have used RG since LA3 days.  I loved using it.  Easy to use.   Now I am using SA5.  It is different but just as easy to use.

> **Cons**: SA4 short cuts are not in SA5.  Lack of installment report options to choose from. Minimal override options. Too many windows to open for a simple task to be completed.  Minimal time clock options.  Was told we cannot use the timeclock without additional services purchased.  Timeclock should be available for use to filter man hours in the jobs and use for payroll at least, even as a separate charge would be fine.
