> **Pros**: Easy to understand assessment of third party contracts.  Provides objective data and excellent supplemental information that provides a real advantage for negotiations.  Easily customizable to assess contracts against a client's particular standards and requirements.  Provides excellent first pass reviews of 3rd party contracts using both industry data and client specifications.  TermScout service and product teams are really great to work with.

> **Cons**: The TS software is not yet able to apply conditional logic (e.g., if the answer to Q1 is yes, then ask Q2, but if the answer to Q1 is no, then ask Q3 not Q2; or if the answer to Q1 is yes, then the range of acceptable answers to Q4 changes).  Lawyers typically apply such condidtional logic to indemnities, warranties, and limits of liability, and other interconnected contractual clauses.
