The app is intuitive and engaging for new starters. We consistently receive feedback that the process is smooth and straightforward.

> **Cons**: The initial configuration of section titles requires assistance from technical support. While this is a one-time task, it does mean the setup isn't entirely self-service.
The expiry window on links for integrated agreements can be inconvenient if a new hire needs to send it to someone else (e.g., for a second legal opinion) and the link has timed out. A longer expiry or customisable duration would be beneficial.

We constantly get great feedback on the app from our new starters. Both the UI and UX are amazing for our new starters and admins\! The support is always top-notch, speedy, and friendly.

> **Cons**: There's not much, to be honest, the only thing that was a little challenging was the organisational structure and allocating a leader setup and what was required from us. This was because of the complexity of our organisational structure and the limitations on data we could provide to allow an accurate grouping setup. The great news is that since we launched The Induction App at 2degrees in November 2021, The Induction App has released an upgrade that mitigates any issues we previously had.
