It was important to our team to be able to track COVID vaccination/testing for our event and we thought that managing this on our own would have been too difficult. > > **Cons**: There were many basic functions that would have been helpful and were not available including functionality in Spanish (which we were told by a salesperson would be possible), the ability to customize outreach language aside from the invitation email, the ability to undo a check in if someone was mistakenly checked in, the ability to download the registration list from the platform in to a spreadsheet without significant manipulation of the data in order to be useful. The functions that did exist did not work properly. Many guests received error messages or links that did not work and the QR code scanner did not work properly. All of this led to a significant delay in the check-in process at our event, and frustration from guests and staff. > > Our experience was quite negative both with the platform itself, and with the support and sales team. They were not responsive and when they did respond they did not have helpful solutions. Because of the significant issues with the platform we ended up having to abandon CrowdPass during the event and ask for proof of vaccination at the door for all attendees.
