> **Pros**: La création et la customisation d'un questionnaire est très simple.Il y a eu récemment un ajout de modèle pour nous aider à construire le questionnaire en fonction de nos actions.Le dashboard est plutôt complet : on peut voir les réponses en direct et les filtres permettent d'aller plus loin.Le service client est à l'écoute.
