> **Cons**: Perhaps I don't know about the full capability, but if there are video training programs that our medical assistants and providers can view and see how to do things, this would be more helpful for new providers and users.

> Over all, very positive.  The trainer and people at iCare with whom we worked with are patience, generous in helping and giving us their time.  The partnership feels like a true win/win partnership with the goal of more efficient in serving patients while being compliant in all aspects of providing healthcare.
