Starting with a zoom meeting, and allowing use of a test site prior to committing it was a very quick and easy decision to purchase their product. After purchasing an annual contract we received an onboarding menu that lead me thru the steps to going live. Having experience with setting up websites previously I still appreciated the guidance provided thru the onboarding process and became aware of new features and how to navigate them. > > **Cons**: I can't think of any negative aspects, maybe some improvements could be made in the editing processes in the website editor but nothing I would consider a negative. > > I am a stickler for good customer service and response time. Their product is excellent and I look forward to future enhancements as our needs grow.
