> **Pros**: Ti aiuta in un approccio maggiormente strategico agli acquisti.In questo momento di così alto dinamismo dei mercati prevedere delle tendenze è fondamentale per anticipare o posticipare determinati acquisti di materie prime in base proprio all'andamento del mercato.I dashboard sono completi, c'è la possibilità di filtrare per Paese, per materia prima, per ogni informazione necessaria. Puoi scegliere di monitorare i grassi, i "dairy ingredients", gli zuccheri: quindi è un software molto utile per le aziende alimentari.Il costo è ragionevole, le licenze costano ma il vantaggio che puoi derivare da un utilizzo furbo dello strumento è nettamente superiore ai costi.

> **Cons**: Problema serissimo: al momento è presente soltanto la release in Inglese. Chi come me zoppica nella conoscenza della lingua inglese fa un pò fatica a gestire lo strumento.Non è ancora ben chiaro come vengano alimentati i dati attraverso cui nascono le tendenze.Le demo devono essere chieste specificamente, credo che dovrebbero - in fase di contratto - prevedere già un percorso formativo. In ogni caso se le chiedi, le fanno.Mancano ancora grafici di correlazione tra variabili, tipo volume vs costo, giacenze magazzino vs costo

> **Pros**: Vesper è una buona soluzione per il mercato alimentare in quanto permette di avere sotto controllo il forecast di acquisto delle materie prime e, quindi, regolarsi di conseguenza nelle negoziazioni.&#10;Inoltre, dà informazioni sul livello di merce presente sul mercato in termini di quantità e in termini di magazzino e questo consente di farsi un'idea su quelli che saranno i trend dei costi nei successivi mesi. Da questo punto di vista è uno strumento molto utile.

> **Pros**: Software interessante, senza dubbio ma dà l'idea di essere ancora da costruire.E' originale e per chi lavora in un settore alimentare come il nostro è perfetto, in quanto fa monitorare i dairy ingredients, i grassi e altre materie prime.

> **Cons**: Innanzitutto è solo in inglese e questo per chi come me non mastica la lingua lo rende difficile da usare.Inoltre non è user friendly in quanto diventa difficile monitorare le previsioni.
