## Overview

### Key benefits of No Spoilers

We cut the time needed for running inventory control by 70% by using a mobile app (barcode scanning) paired with Smart Scales. This allows restaurants to gather data easily, enabling regular stock controls. Our cloud platform can compare stock data with outgoing (sales, transfers, reported losses) and incoming (supply orders, transfers, production) items. Based on all the data collected, we can provide the venue owner with variation reports, automatic order generation based on stock and par levels, product cost calculations, and many more insights needed to make informed decisions on how to run his business.
Three main fields of innovation:
1. Collecting and aggregating required data in a single platform/technology. Collecting inventory level data with a mobile device, collecting invoice data with OCR/file import, and importing sales data from any POS system. Currently, professionals need to gather data and put it into ERP manually - both - inventory level and invoice data.
2. Delivering tools to gather data - mobile applications, digital measuring tools (IoT), and cloud databases. Currently, employees just write down the amounts of products with pen and paper. More aware managers use weight scales, and different ways of recording data - excel sheets.
3. Business model. No Spoilers makes data collecting tasks easier or moves it away completely from low-medium level management positions. Hospitality professionals (mostly) are not tech-savvy and are ready to give paperwork away if possible. The hospitality market has huge employee rotation, thus moving part of inventory control duties to 3rd party makes it immune to management changes.
