The software is hosted on AWS and has a custom WordPress Plugin developed for WordPress Website connections, otherwise, the connection can be done via a comprehensive API. \n\nThere are two types of accounts in Victoury: the Operator account which is used for employees as only the deals and customers assigned to them are visible in the Pipeline; and the Administrator account which can make changes to the account settings, the software’s interface, and can view all deals. \n\nIn case you have multiple brands under your company, brand profiles can be set up to separate the products, deals, customers, and suppliers for each branch. \n\nProducts in Victoury are customizable according to your business needs. A product can include allotments and availabilities, texts in multiple languages, and can be linked to assets such as hotels, trains, or ships. Editing choice list options in the Settings allows you to customize which information each product has. You can edit the product characteristics options, add custom fields to your products, or edit any kind of drop-down list that is available in the software. \n\nCustomers, suppliers, and travelers have profiles created where deals or products are linked to them. In the case of customers, travelers that accompanied them are linked to their profile and their relationship can be defined as just accompanying or relatives. As for suppliers, they can be linked to the product they provide and notified when a booking is confirmed. \n\nThe trip designer is a visual tool to create either standard or custom trips. When a deal is created, a copy of the trip is assigned to it. The trip can then be edited according to the customer’s wishes and the travel plan is shared live through a personal link leading to a separate webpage or via a PDF document. Editing arrangements is done either via drag and drop on the timeline, or by editing its details in the properties tab.\n\nDeals are highly customizable as they can be crafted for each customer. In case the customer books extra arrangements, an additional deal can be created for them, and in case you manage a similar deal to a past one, you can duplicate a deal and add new customers to it, or customize it. Each deal can have a Calculation Sheet set up which tracks and compares fares depending on the arrangements and the time periods selected. Profits and margins are updated as you edit the prices and arrangements included. Deals can also contain flight itinerary details and have travelers assigned to accommodations. The Pipeline tab always offers an overview of all the active deals sorted by their status, and employees can be assigned to each deal.\n\nInvoices, travel plans, vouchers, and other travel documents are automatically generated according to your brand design and can be sent via email in one click to either customers or suppliers. To ease the process, automatic orders can be set to be sent for each supplier once a booking is confirmed. If the email sent either to the supplier or customer includes the deal number in the subject, a link will be created between the email and the products and persons involved in the deal, allowing easy navigation between the deal’s items.\n\nPayments from customers and to suppliers are tracked in Victoury, and deal details can be exported to your accounting system or exported as an Excel file. The import of Excel files is also possible. Payments are organized in separate tabs for customers and suppliers. \n\nCustom statistics can be generated either as graphics or tables based on the factors you choose as filters.
