> **Pros**: The customer service is great. If you can't find the answer in their knowledge base, then you put a ticket in and someone gets back to you same or next day.

> **Cons**: I felt it was complicated at first but after watching some training videos, I figured things out.

> I love OptiMantra\! I have fax, lab integrations with Rupa Lab and Quest so the labs come right to my emr. The consent forms are easy to make, I can send e prescriptions. Now they have Zoom for the telehealth visits which has been great and Deep Cura their AI addition which helps so much with writing notes. I just talk about my visit and AI puts it into the categories of my note. It has cut down on documentation time\!\!

> **Cons**: my MA cannot enter diagnostics in a session while I am charting concurrently. When she enters her results in a general note, I lose all the supplements and continuity is broken with carrying forward the supplements to the next appointment. Very inconvenient.

> **Pros**: Customer service - very responsive and so many options on how to get needs met.  I have always had a fast response which is crucial in this industry.

> **Cons**: Notes - I just don't love the flow of the notes.  I would like to have the option for a basic quick phone note to be generated.

> Overall is has been exceptional. Responsiveness from their team is great. The training was comprehensive and it was easy to set up and jump right in to seeing patients. Very cost affordable as well.
