> **Pros**: Very easy to use, intuitive system and thought through processes.  Continually working on creating connections that save time and allow us to function a good rent roll.

> **Cons**: Not enjoying the inspection report as it duplicates photos and makes it look unprofessional.  The email is clunky and not much room for choice of logo, look, colour etc.

> **Cons**: As we are still on Palace Live it is the inability to have many windows open at the same time. I look forward to this changing when we get the go-ahead to change to Liquid\!
