> **Pros**: Control of setting up late fee rules, reminders, wide team visability of accounting moreso. The Paidnice team is available and ready to help answer questions and help design/explain certain functions you may want to achieve for your business.

> **Cons**: Some features like bulk late fee removal could be helpful. We had accidentally created a poorly thought out rule (our fault) which resulted in incorrect fees which we needed to remove one by one. Our fault, but some bulk change tools would be helpful for such circumstances.

> Paidnice has made a noticeable difference in how we manage outstanding payments. It’s helped us issue late fees consistently and given us much better visibility over our debtors and overall debt tracking. The platform is straightforward to use and has improved our follow-up process, saving time and reducing overdue accounts. Overall, it’s become a valuable part of our accounts workflow.

> **Cons**: Our only con (not really a con) was that there is a fair amount of funtionality and options, and this does take some time learning before starting policies, so it pays to use support as needed, and run in safe mode before rolling out your draft policies.
