> **Pros**: Excellent inventory management and back office information.   Like having a built in accountant.  LOVED the buy online and pickup in store option.   My business involves handling food so it's great that I have a heads up.  I can even program what time frame I want the order to be ready.
Very easy to understand.  I am not very techy but had no problem understanding what to do.  And when I didn't,  I received great support.
No investment needed.  They helped me understand how to implement all the devices I had in order to
access the software.   I knew exactly what my costs would be upfront and they didn't change by the end of the job.

> **Cons**: At first I was concerned about not having enough templates to choose from, but honestly, once they worked on my website, it was no longer an issue.
