No double bookings. Host Tools holds certified partner API connections with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, so a booking on one channel blocks those dates on the others within seconds. Tools built on iCal update on a schedule and leave a window where two guests can book the same night.

Fewer hours answering the same questions. Automated messages cover check-in details, house rules, mid-stay checks, checkout instructions, and review requests. AI answers booking inquiries in seconds using answers taken from your own past conversations, so the replies sound like you rather than a script.

Cleaners who always know. Every new booking, change, and cancellation sends an SMS or email to the right cleaner, and a shared turnover calendar link lets them check the schedule without an account or a login.

The automation of messages was icing on the cake for me. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is super responsive to any support issues/needs as well. There are always new features coming available and I look forward to taking advantage of things like lock automation.

Host Tools has reduced the amount of time I spend managing these details by at least 80% and has actually made us far more organized than we would've bern otherwise
