> **Pros**: \&frankly has revolutionized the entire industry when it comes to employee satisfaction and engagement. You get realtime results that you can act on immediately. As a matter of fact, employees themselves can drive what matters the most. All of this is achieved in a modern, gamified and swift way.

> **Pros**: I really like that fact that the software is graphically appealing, it can be used both on a computer and as an app on your smartphone and I also really like that you can get the results presented in a very neat and professional way. The software also gives our company the possibility to do continous measurements of our company pulse, employee health and so much more.

> **Cons**: There is nothing that I don't like. All the features are great. The only point of improvement is that I do wish that we could unlock our own question packages without contacting customer service. Other than that, nothing.

We have also used the app as a way to communicate with out employees during events so that they can answer questions in "real time". > **Cons**: We used a lot of "one time only"-questions, and there's no easy way to delete packages of questions without support from the software supplier.

> We used \&frankly to put more frequent questions to the employees and to let them discuss concerning issues. This improved and empowered the managers to discuss and solve issues WITH the employees.
