> After making an error during purchase, this company refused to assist in refunding the payment. Seemingly uninterested in customer service/customer retention.  

Therefore I would not recommend this company. -  there are plenty of companies out there offering MTD services and at more competitive pricing so don’t risk falling into the same trap as me\!\!
