> **Pros**: I was able to stand up tests in minutes and able to take testing from zero in 2022 to over 100 meaningful tests across my site in less than a year. Their service and support is bar none and their product has been extremely easy to use.

> **Cons**: I liked that they launched AI tools before many others have but while I love their AI suggestions in the testing design phase, their standalone AI functionality is not for me given all we can do with Gemini and ChatGPT in this realm.

> I am an extremely happy customer and have been recommending Intellimize to others for over a year now. I have been able to stand up some extremely critical tests for my organization and have not needed a developer to do so. We're only limited by our creativity really but Intellimize CSM's can help unlock that if struggling. Overall, great value for a great product with great support and great features.

> **Pros**: I am fairly new to A/B testing, Intellimize made it extremely easy for a beginner to use, setup, and understand test results. By far one of the easiest tools for getting set up on our website. My favorite part is their AI Optimize tool, because I'm new to all of this, that tool makes it extremely easy to read results, and to show the tests to certain audiences. The other thing Is Intellimize is extremely good with implementing feedback, anything I wanted changed on the site, or didn't like they would fix and implement.

> **Cons**: Error handling inside of the Visual Editor. Sometimes when you create a test it won't work the first time and there aren't any clear errors for what you did wrong when creating it. In those instances I have to reach out to our rep and he tells me what is wrong with the test. This scenario is fairly rare but it does happen.

> My experience has been great with Intellimize, our Rep \[sensitive content hidden\] has been extremely knowledgable, helpful, and patient with me and setting up tests. Everyone I've worked with at Intellimize has been amazing\!

> **Pros**: Intellimize is a fantastic tool for setting up all sorts of tests and experiences, helping our team uncover insights we wouldn't discover otherwise. AI Optimize is our go-to for testing because it's incredibly powerful and teaches us a lot about our users—I couldn't find any competitors with comparable functionality. The onboarding process was smooth and the support we've received since then is top knotch\!

> **Cons**: We've noticed occasional bugs when testing (i.e. slow load of variations)
> 
> Overall, I'd recommend this tool to anyone in the market for a CRO, A/B testing, or personalization tool. It's probably the best bang for your buck that you can find on the market and it's been really fun to experiment with.
