> **Cons**: Some features are dated.  However, the technical team seems to be catching up. The new look, including the incoming Director’s View dashboards, look exactly like something we’ve been longing for.

> Semi-new. As a Deputy Director I don’t work with it everyday. The staff that report to me are happy with it; but there are often questions as to how to accomplish something within the system.
