> **Pros**: The platform is completely customizable. There is a ton of flexibility in the way that you can set up goals, prompting hierarchies, and progress reports. The platform is easy to train technicians to use and is easy to navigate. The support team is also extremely responsive and helpful, even sending walk through videos to answer specific questions.

> **Cons**: Learning the program initially was slightly challenging, however, the team was quick to offer additional training sessions which they recorded for us to share with other clinicians. Once the additional meetings were provided, navigation became much easier. They also helped set up some templates while we were new to the platform.

> Motivity makes my general work flow easier when it comes to monitoring progress, creating programs, and completing progress notes.

> **Pros**: This is the first system that I see that allows users to take data in a wide variety of ways. It is incredible. It allows you to develop the system the way you want it. I have never seen a system allow me to take data on each step in a chain or via prompts, or accurately for time samples (system actually times intervals and reminds you to put in your data).

> **Cons**: I think for me, the difficult part was really learning how to put together your "process". I found the linking very confusing as you link a phase for ease, but then have to change things due to the learner. You can't do that with a linked phase.
