> **Pros**: I have used other fundraising platforms and by far, the BetterWorld platform is the best. They have considered all of the factors required to have a successful fundraising event and built that functionality into the product. It was easy to setup and manage and their customer service response time is always within a couple of minutes.

> **Pros**: The interface looks good enough, albeit somewhat dated. The BetterWorld items you can add to auctions are great, and I also like how I can list things we do and allow people to donate toward that specific cause.

> **Cons**: It didn't work. We hinged a lot of our fundraising strategy on our silent auction, but when we got to our event, most people couldn't bid. They instead got a message that they needed to accept terms and conditions, but there was no clear way to do that. We ended up having to do a messy hybrid of online and in-person bids, but this put our online bidders at a severe disadvantage. BetterWorld's ineptitude cost us a lot of money and was easily the worst part of our event. Stay away.

> **Cons**: I think the tutorials are well done but I found it so much more beneficial since it was my first time, to use their concierge service. It was well worth the modest price.

> I was very impressed with the access I had to get questions answered promptly. Suggestions were given on how we could have a more successful auction. It was great to work with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] He really knows his product. I have worked with other on-line auctions and they did not hold up in comparison to Better World. I will recommend them to anyone I can now and in the future.
