We use industry-tested \& customizable workflows to handle processes such as request submission, approvals, costing \& quotation, work assignments, inventory, and procurement. As a result, our customers are able to implement defined workflows and controls easily, as well as to run their business more transparently and efficiently.

We recognize that each business has different requirements and workflows. Our applications are therefore designed to be easily customizable and adaptable to any good process. It doesn't matter if it is custom workflows, custom reports, or customer document templates, we can easily customize our applications to the extent that the customer would feel it was tailored specifically for their company.

When an approved work order is created in Instanta Facility, a stored item in Instanta Asset \& Inventory will be used, triggering an item transfer that will automatically affect the quantity of the item in the store and notify the concerned parties.

We are constantly creating APIs that enable our applications to be integrated with other platforms and applications, including Microsoft AD, LDAP, ERP, and accounting software. 

We offer multiple deployment options: Instanta can be deployed on our cloud server, on premise or on a private cloud.
