> **Pros**: It truly has a nice and intuitive platform for creating professional-looking emails. It integrates seamlessly with Shoptet, which I personally use, and setting up automation, such as sending an email after a customer leaves a product in the basket, is a breeze. It fulfills all our email marketing needs, and the price is better compared to other products. The customer support is quick and friendly (just to say that we communicated in Czech).

> **Cons**: We encountered an issue with spam emails that were collected through Shoptet and ended up in Ecomail. Although you could make educated guesses about which emails were most likely spam, Ecomail did not recognize them automatically. As a result, we had to manually review the entire database and remove the fake email addresses ourselves.

> **Pros**: I was familiar with another piece of software that operates much like EcoMail - however I needed to manage my mail list through Sendy AND then send the mail through AWS. It was an absolute pain. EcoMail is an all-in-one solution. And best of all? The customer service is amazing

> **Cons**: I wish there was an easier way to manage the images that I upload: Bulk Delete, renaming files, etc. I hate having all those images sitting on their server

Also, it would be great if I could modify and re-save a block of content rather than having to save it as a new block.

Also, being able to re-order those blocks would be terrific.

> **Pros**: I appreciate the simplicity, intuitiveness and graphical disposition of the whole system the most.
The biggest problem is when the user is looking for something and due to the complexity of the system can not find what he needs - fortunately there is no danger with ecomail. This is an important parameter for me personally.

> **Cons**: I probably rank the worst WYSIWYG editor, I had a common problem with it in that I didn't get what I saw. I often found the mood in the editor completely different than when I subsequently had a trial version sent to me. Also, the modes for switching between mobile and desktop display did not work for me. Emails then appeared on my desktop device as if I were opening them on a mobile phone, which was completely undesirable for me.

> Overall, ecomail evaluates positively, it is very simple, intuitive and one gets to know it very quickly and does not learn to work with it.
We used it as an initial implementation in email marketing in our company. Subsequently, however, we withdrew from it and switched to a slightly "more sophisticated" system.

Their own content builder for creating newsletter is amazing. Statistics are great and clearly. Our Year to Year revenues from mail/newsletter is growing since we switched to ecomail
