They're beyond thorough in their walkthroughs and made the setup process a breeze. The product itself is really powerful and customizable which is great for large events and getting in actual paid conversions in both assisted and last click models. Their whole team is full incredibly intelligent and kind people and they're always looking out for the best for their customers. I would reccomend InGo to anyone trying to use more user-generated referrals in their marketing plan in any way. > > **Cons**: The first time we fully customized the widgets to register/log in/etc. it took a little back and forth to get right, but everyone was super helpful and we conquered it and after that initial setup the rest became a breeze. > > We needed another solution to get people to WANT to come back to an in person event, and networking is the biggest piece of that event.
