> **Pros**: Il software legge e rileva attentamente e precisamente ogni parola inserita nel CV scansionato oppure inserito dandole la giusta importanza e affianca grazie a tutto i CV alle ricerche ed annunci inseriti dal recruiter. Il motore di ricerca semantico funziona molto bene\! 
Inoltre il candidato, nonchè noi recruiter, troviamo facilità nell'inserimento della anagrafica nella banca dati in quanto la lettera del documento agevola moltissimo senza dover far compilare/compilare campi preimpostati.

> **Cons**: La difficoltà che maggiormente si presenta è purtroppo la geolocalizzazione collegata alla ricerca semantica, spesso ho CV interessanti ma fuori zona.
