I have since used Exym at every agency I have worked at since. The two things that I was the most impressed with at the beginning was how user friendly it was and the amazing customer service Exym provided. I still am. I have trained many, many, many people on Exym and the first thing I tell them is we can fix (practically) anything so they shouldn't be intimidated to explore the system. Everyone that uses it is very happy with it and catches on quickly. We recently just trained someone to use talk to text to make it easier for her to do her notes and it works very well.Because they have been working in LA County for so long, Exym has developed strong working relationships so that when changes are coming they are ready. It is such a relief to know that they will make the changes we need to be in compliance with the county and state. > > **Cons**: I don't think there is such a thing as a perfect product. Software design does have its limitations. The thing I have always liked the least is that certain things can't be changed because it is programmed for all users. > > Whatever is thrown at us Exym helps us handle. Electronic signatures? Able to find everything within a client's chart at once. The ability to capture live client signatures. Clinicians can use Exym from home which made working from home during Covid simple and we had no down time. Our clients had a continuum of care with no interruptions. All forms can be customized and building forms is simple and can be done quickly. Forms can be tailored for supervisor review, QA review, ,etc. > > **Cons**: Integration was not difficult. We have been customers since 2012 so it is difficult to remember what our agency looked like without Exym. Watching Exym grow has created some challenges. Customer service and the support desk is not as responsive as they once were.
