Giftbit offers a variety of sending options. Upload your list of recipients and send individually or in bulk. Send immediately or schedule in advance. Integrate directly with our RESTful API, or connect with the no-code Zapier solution to trigger rewards from the apps you already use. Download a list of short links and send rewards via SMS or within your own intranet or delivery system (outside email programs, social media platforms etc). Offer our robust rewards marketplace within your own app with the in-app API solution.
Customize your email templates with your logo and messaging, and select from hundreds of brands to send. Offer the gift of choice when you select a few options for your recipients to pick their favourite.
Increase your redemption rates by tracking the results of your programs with our tracking and reporting tools. Giftbit lets stakeholders perform A/B testing to assess the performance of different programs and share campaign results with staff members. Operators can also track open rates, reward redemptions, email delivery, selected brands, and more using the reporting tool.
Manage your budget and programs collaboratively with a Team Account. Invite your team and track claimed and unclaimed rewards and monitor budgets. Team leaders can configure role-based access permissions for employees and manage funds.
Pricing is also simple and remarkable. Free account, free API, no subscription fees or minimums. Pay face-value of the rewards that are claimed and get 50% back on unclaimed offers so that you can re-invigorate the budget for your next campaign. There are no fees when you fund your account via wire or bank transfer, and no charge for virtual Visa incentives, however if you elect to send a physical Visa gift card, there is a cost.

I use Giftbit to offer incentives to our existing or first time customers to continue using to buy our products and services. I serve both businesses and individuals whose taste, preferences and buying trends are not static. Giftbit have assisted me to retain most of them.
Pros
It is easy to use Giftbit. I am able too buy and send gifts in seconds.
They have a fair pricing considering how efficient the platform is.
The support team is amazing. They swiftly respond and help when needed.
Cons
The Dashboard doesn't show the recipient's details and if they have received or not received the gift.
The process of setting up templates can be cumbersome. The support though are swift. They helped me to set up the templates
