> **Pros**: The reports/dashboards are extremely helpful in tracking information (such as appointments overall, appointments per location, tasks that are outstanding/have been accepted by different employees) and simple to create. We are able to have more information for clients saved in their profiles such as their appointment history, we can attach files (such as doctor's notes) and have graphs showing their weight loss progress.

> This has cut down on tasks that used to be time consuming, such as appointment reminders. It is also easy to create templates for specific needs (such as referral bonuses or 'how-to' guides) so that you aren't re-typing the same emails and wasting time. It has been very easy to train new employees in it's use, which was a big plus. Some of my recent hires have used software in dental or chiropractic offices before and have commented on how much better SUMO is to use.

The team at SUMO has been a pleasure to work with from day 1 - covering everything from implementation to account management and support. Being able to instantly schedule or offer availability to clients in a few simple clicks, with all the necessary details included, has added a little bit of magic to our org.

> **Cons**: There can be challenges in production orgs when it comes to updating/bug fixes. While it is a "con" to have occasional glitches in functionality or issues with a new release, the SUMO support team is incredibly responsive and great at getting them resolved. It's also worth noting that because there are so many features/options for scheduling it can be a bit tricky to ensure new users (or services) are added in all the right places.

> Overall SUMO has provided our team with major improvements in scheduling efficiency and ease. I highly recommend that anyone who is utilizing Salesforce for the majority of their business processes. The product, the people, and the price are a winning combination.

> **Pros**: Our support rep is very responsive but it just doesn't seem make up for the number of bugs we have found after upgrading to the new CEP version or features that were previously available but are no longer.

> **Cons**: We have been using SUMO Scheduler for more than six years and recently upgraded to the CEP version, which is more of a completely new install than an actual upgrade.  We spent an enormous amount of time trying to get it to work in the first place (much longer than anticipated for what we thought would be on par for an upgrade) and now after going live we were disappointed with the number of issues we have experienced.  Some of them are "that feature isn't available in CEP yet" or others were identified as a system issue that we discovered.
