> **Cons**: They had talked about offering support for owner/managers as opposed to just property managers working for other owners.  This never happened and it doesn't seem like any development has happened in a very long time.

> Good at 1st, but they disappeared.  Support has become almost non-existent.  ACH payments submitted by renters get hung up for weeks and messaging rentables very seldom gets any response at all.

> Rentables is the best in a long line of products that claim to offer what Rentables actually does. I've been in property management for many years and have sought out many solutions and programs to help keep track of rents, owners, tenants and the like. No other program has the ease of use, simple interface, and thorough accounting that Rentables offers. The company also has incredible customer service and takes our requests and concerns to heart. We've seen many of our requests turn into features on the site. Rentables is the solution we've been looking for over the years and we highly recommend it.

> **Pros**: When transitioning to Rentables from our previous software, we were very thorough to review everything and make sure it all reflected the same. We completed our review process with Rentables (and our old system) and Rentables was reflecting EVERYTHING it was supposed to\! It is a beautiful system and is going to fit our needs beautifully\! Support is within arms reach at all times, and anything we say we would like to see in the future is already being worked on\!
