> **Pros**: I appreciate the simple user interface with Cents. I also appreciate that they are continuing to build out their product and their customer service is very accessible and responsive.

> **Cons**: Cents is still a new company that is a tech company that entered the laundry industry. When releasing their features, sometimes it is clear that it is a tech company and not a laundry company, however they do provide opportunity for feedback and are continuing to iterate with each update. Additionally, because the company is still building, there are features that are still on the roadmap but not yet available that require workarounds.
