LegaLife m'a "abonné", j'ai constaté un prélèvement mensuel de 39€ auquel je ne me rappelle pas avoir souscris (j'ai probablement donné mes infos de CB pour avoir accès à quelque chose).
Impossible d'accéder à mon compte pour annuler mon abonnement: je contacte le service client qui m'assure que Legalife n'a rien à voir là dedans.
Mis devant l'évidence ils finissent par reconnaitre qu'ils sont à l'origine des prélèvements, m'assurent qu'ils vont traiter le dossier, mais il ne se passe rien et les prélèvement continuent.
Scandaleux - c'est du vol, pur et simple. Des avocats? Sans foi ni loi.
