- Comprehensive set of features that don't break in a live event

- they are mobile responsive but do not have a mobile app

- I've had multiple great experiences, having attended and hosted a few events on EventEngage
- Whatever they lacked in outright automation, they made up for it with excellent customer service
- We had a fairly large event with a large number of attendees \& exhibitors. Our event went fine without any security or load issues.
