Clearooms made our transition to a hybrid work setup become much more successful by making it easy to manage our workspace. It allows us to easily monitor our meeting spaces making it easy for everyone to find an available space to book and schedule a meeting. Clearooms help ensure all meeting spaces are well utilized and all our meetings runs smoothly.
Pros
Clearooms has live dashboards that display meeting space availability status in real time making it easy and quick to find free meeting space. Its seamless integration with other tools makes it a great option to manage our meeting workspace. Clearooms analytics and reporting features which offers precise insights on how the meeting workspace is utilized.
Cons
Clearooms is easy to use and the support team has been very helpful. It has genuinely nothing to dislike.

Clearooms gave us a platform to visualize our meeting room using visually stunning office plans and this has made it easy for us to know which desks are available and which ones are taken. Our experience with Clearooms has been impeccable and we have also had a rewarding experience with the support team.
Pros
The office plans has impressive visuals that make it easy to see clearly all the desks and determine which ones are available. The activity logs and reports help us understand all the meeting activities happening in our meeting room. The desk reservation tools help us to always have space for our urgent meetings. The support team offered professional support during set up which helped us to get it started quickly when creating our office plans.
Cons
We have not had any reasons not to love everything about Clearooms. It has worked consistently efficient.

We are impressed that our experience with Clearooms did go according to the plan. It has made it easy for us to work together and hold meetings in our virtual workspace by helping us simplify the booking of meeting rooms. Clearooms ensure that everyone gets to know which room is free for booking therefore there is no wasting time when joining meetings.
Pros
Clearooms is easy to use and it took us a very short period of time to learn how to use each and every feature available. The whole simplicity of finding an available room to book help us keep our workspace perfectly organized. The way it give in-depth meeting rooms reports helps track and keep up with all our meeting rooms activities. Clearooms support team has been working tirelessly to ensure we have all the support we need.

With the kind of support we get from Clearooms support team, there has been nothing we find least likeable about it.

Cleanrooms for staff is absolutely useful for booking and management of workspace with excellent support team. I also find layout optimization and repeated booking to be very convenient.
Pros
I find it pretty easy to learn and to use in my experience and best part is that it integrates with google workspace that made it more practical for working with teams . It has lots of customization options in dashboard also.
